Title:  Failure Analysis Technician

We are looking for motivated and well organized individual with experience in use of test/analysis equipment used in Semiconductor/Electronics field for failure analysis.
 
Job description:

• Conduct Root Cause analysis for electronic and electro-mechanical components/products  
• Create Failure analysis/test reports and presentations
• Communicate to technical teams and engineers
• Use appropriate tools/methodologies to perform functions as above  

Education and Experience:
3-5 years hands on experience in destructive and non-destructive Failure Analysis using equipment listed below.
Appropriate Professional Training or Associates degree in Science/Math is required
 
Skills:

• Expertise with destructive and non-destructive Failure analysis equipment like:
1.  X-Ray,
2. C- SAM,
3. Cross-sectioning,
4. SEM,
5. SEM-EDX
• Knowledge of typical failure mechanisms a plus: Chemical, Mechanical, Thermo-mechanical , Electrical etc
• Organized and goal driven
• Sense of ownership
• Good problem solver
• Precise communicator a plus
• Good technical background a plus
