Job description: An Engineering position in the Aviation Division to support Aircraft Engineering Projects. The senior engineer will apply knowledge of aircraft structures to perform various design, analysis, test and certification tasks. The job duties include:

• Support and initiate new and retrofit design of primary and secondary structures.
  
• Light structural dynamic analysis in both time and frequency domains.
  
• Static analysis and hand calculation of metal and composite structures and components.
  
• Support ground and flight test programs, performing pre-test analysis, monitoring testing, analyzing data and documenting results.
  
• Provides routine engineering analysis and co-ordinates with internal and external customers.
  
• Desire working knowledge of programming languages, modeling and prototyping tools (e.g., NASTRAN, Cosmos, Ansys, Fortran, etc.).
  
• Current working knowledge of computing various CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD, Catia, etc.).
  
• Support marketing groups with any proposal activities.

Some tasks may include domestic and foreign travel to assess structural integrity of our airline clients' aircraft fleet. An advanced degree in ME or Aero is preferred with min of 7 years experience
