Sales Representative

Cascade Engineering Services has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative.  The position primarily sells the services of the Metrology Department; however, the Sales Representative is also expected to identify sales opportunities for other divisions of Cascade.  The primary duty of the Sales Representative is to execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.  Cascade Engineering is a growing engineering services company that values team work and professionalism.

Job Description:

• Communicate information about the company and the company’s services to prospective clients.
• Maintain a high level of client service after the sale by resolving problems as needed.
• Research and prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Contact and conduct follow-ups of sales prospects.
• Prepare and present formal, detailed presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other groups to carry out such functions as stated above.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and close the sale
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, prospect lists, and other required sales reports.
• Maintain company records and materials in an orderly, professional manner.
• Performs duties in an independent manner with minimal supervision.
• Continue to develop sales skills through knowledge of industry, training and internal experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Four to seven years of successful selling experience with verifiable results.
• Metrology experience and calibration services background preferred
• Electromechanical experience a plus
• College coursework preferred
• Overnight local travel approximately once a month
