  • Technicians - electronics, test, metrology and reliability
  • Airline Maintenance and Operations - we have a variety of positions for people with airline experience

Whatever your specialty, you can expect:

Fascinating Work - We perform work for a variety of industries including aviation, consumer products, medical devices and railroads.   Our work encompasses the full product lifecycle from architecture development and design, to prototype and test.

Competitive Benefits -  We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance and a  401(k) plan. There is no waiting period for enrollment for the health plans.

We offer two medical plans - a “traditional” plan and a high deductible plan with a health savings account, (HSA).   Employees enrolled in the HSA plan receive a monthly contribution from Cascade and can contribute additional pre-tax dollars.   The HSA account is owned by the employee, rolls over from year to year, and is portable.
